A long range goal for "Little Things" is to expand the project into other schools and communities.  Through workshops and other professional development opportunities, we have started to help other teachers and students begin similar kinds of investigations in their own communities, and we now have a small but growing data base of basic information on the soil ecology of our own campus which is accessible to others via the internet.  We invite others to use these findings in their own research and with their own students, and we would love to hear what site users think.
